Whats good for reducing a temprature?

I bought some Ibuprofen this morning, ill put them in a draw and pick up some paracetamol on the way home.

My antibiotics run out tomorrow so just need to keep a lid on the temp until monday.

oh letter today says the specialist is an oncologist. That's obviously cheered me up a great deal
