I'm going away for two weeks in Vietnam. A couple of nights in Saigon then the rest of the time in Mui Ne.

I've lost around 20 lb in anticipation of the holiday. The holiday is going to be a relaxing beach one. Also, given that I'm Vietnamese, I'll be partaking in all the Vietnamese food I can get my grubby mits on.

Although I know I will put weight on, I want to limit the unhealthiness and plan to exercise everyday.

We've got a beach bungalow so I'll plan to go for a run along the beach in the morning whilst the girlfriend is still in bed. I'll also pack a skipping rope. Then maybe a few bodyweight exercises. Perhaps a little circuit involving press ups, squats, crunches, burpees, squat thrusts.

Any more suggestions? Oh and I can't swim.

Haha. I'm not a morning person. Also, the breakfast buffet is that good that I breakfasted on my own on a number of occasions last time we went there.
