Been on it for 2 weeks.
Makes shopping a piece of piss, I can only go down about 3 isles.
Loving it at the moment.
Using it to drop BF, I was stuck at about 12%.
Paleo and a lot of cardio seems to be doing the trick (I know its not the cardio because I was doing this before).
Great thing is I'm never hungry and it's not complicated.

I stick to the following rules.

No Dairy
No Cereals/ pasta:- wheat barley oats rice pasta etc
No sugar

Lots of lean meat, lots of fruit and veg.

Very simple

I agree with the last post.
The main thing for me is it cuts out all the processed crap and I have no restriction on quantity, so I'm really never hungry.

Wow what a crash..... I did 6 weeks on the paleo and results were amazing, down below 10% BF really trim and lean, treated myself to a bag of crisps and just could not stop, I swear to god I have eaten st all day long every day for a month ............ zero exercise, just eating.
Been back running for a week and a good diet and feel great but I have never experienced such cravings for utter ste.
