OK so my left hand is numb, general left arm discumfort and dull chest ache.
Effects of heavy alcohol week or should I get worried ?

56 years old and all males croke of HA in the family

Symptoms have eased now. Wasn't stressed but then spent about 3k this afternoon and not sure I was happy.

Numbness has reached my shoulder but is less defined.
To be honest this is kind of normal (last two years) but a bit more intense.

Not running across to the hospital ( 100 mts away because last false alarm visit cost 5k).
