I see Aldi have one of these for £10.99.

Anyone got one? Chances of it being anywhere near accurate?

Steffan,

I have a few ticker issues post heart attack and by-pass. Shortness of breath when pushed mainly.
I take regular cardiac exercise (3 mile walks) but have been advised by hospital physios to keep heart rate close to, but below 115, during the more strenuous stages of my walks. Usual routine is warm up - push - cool down, repeat as required during walk.

Just wondering if it's near enough for my needs. Happy to buy a better one but why spend unless you have to eh.

Take your pulse at the same time then you'll know how accurate it is.
Hells teeth - that's brilliant!

Thanks
