Seen this online and on TV so going to give it a go trying to shift some weight pre skiing month away and given workload simply will have no weekend or evening time really to do anything about losing a stone ...

Anyone tried this?
My thinking its c£15 totally age to take worst that can happen is £15 wasted.

Would be interesting to hear from anyone "real" who has taken them and seen the results.

Reading reviews online its nearly too good to be true people losing 3 stone in barely a month just on these pills, Ricky Gervais losing 20kg other celebs and countless people posting reviews -- I'm aware they have been out since c2011 yet the reviews keep coming so if Its real and not a dad great news.

Thoughts? Note clearly aware exercise is the only way and controlled intake but with one month to go and then buring loads of calories while skiing I think its safe to say it will be good.

Leave out the bullsh!t and eat better would be my suggestion.
A month will give no significant impact though.

General daily food

Breakfast
Fresh orange juice

Lunch
Pitta sandwich ham/cheese salad depends
Apple/Banana/orange

Evening meal
Anything of the following really
Pasta - spag Bol
Stir fry
Home made chicken Brest gougion
Curry - all home made from the spices upwards no bought sauces
Mushroom risotto
Pesto pasta (sometimes with white meat mainly just pasta)
Steamed potatoes green beans peas salmon
Chilli con carne more veg than meat
Jacket pots and some sort of filling

Then maybe once every other week or longer
Home made burger and oven chips
Steak and douphin pots

Don't really do deserts - but IF and that's rare it will be Devon ice cream
Don't eat chocolate hardly ever
Don't eat sweets again hardly ever
Only drink water or (beer/cider/wine etc)

Mainly buy fruit and veg from local shops and only high quality meat and lean meat at that.

Booze wise ahem ... Say Thurs/Fri/Sat or just two of those days I'd possibly have 4-6beers a night, on a big occasion (over and above those) can easily push into very high teens for the ales over a long day.

We eat late at night every night as kids go to bed first and I get home not too early from work so generally eat 8:30-9:30 and generally get to bed 10-10:30 roughly.

Thoughts.

Dont forget the asprin. Classic ECA stack. I know that works, and would shift a lot of lard in a month.
As in take aspirin daily! Is that safe to do/addictive?

I have dropped 3/4 of a stone in that time...
Is that just salad most days of the week?
Not sure I could do that for a whole week let alone a month.

General daily food
Have a bigger breakfast (cereal, porridge, eggs etc), cut down portion sizes on your evening meal (you cant un-eat, but if your still hungry you can have a snack), knock the alcohol on the head.
Not going to stop the booze

You're lying or eating massive portions.
Possibly quantity.
Unless you buy premade good which tells you the calories its very hard to judge.

We do make pretty much every meal from scratch - kind of a hobby we have together. Lots of veg fruit etc.
I easily have 8-10portions a day of fruit and veg, easily.

Your booze intake is the same as a couple of extra meals!
Hmm but not eating two main meals earlier in the week would be very difficult.

If you actually want to lose weight then sort your diet out OP.

Eat a proper breakfast, get rid of all those unnecessary carbs and stop the booze.

If you're not serious then send me £30 per week and I'll post you some snake oil tablets that will do it all for you so you can continue eating cr4p (although at least it's home made cr4p)
Sorry but did you actually read all the healthy meals we eat?
Care to share what you'd do differently?
What carbs? None for breakfast, hardly any for lunch and as I stated those meals are kind of rotated

FFS what do you have with home made curry if not rice? Ditto Chilli? What about stir fry? Seriously give some alternatives and no having sliced carrots to put the curry on isn't a realistic option.
Chilli could possibly go with salad but generally the leaves wilt instantly when in contact with hot sauces.

When you say - stop the booze what do I have instead? I guess I could go soft drinks milk shakes etc instead otherwise all I drink is cold tap water.

Surely the sugar and other things in soft drinks would mitigate a lot of the saving from not having booze.

Heck imagine just drinking water as the sole drink forever more.... Not realistic.

Oh I drink 8-10 pints of cold water every day.

Ok so decided I'll drop down to one night a week on the booze - which will be heavier than usual but not 3 nights in one more like a 1+ if you like.

You can't cut the booze out for a month?
Of course I can but electing not to - as totally stopping from what id call reasonable consumption to cold turkey is very bad for you you need to throttle back to nothing over a period of three weeks to a month.

Fella, people have offered you some very good advice here (ignoring the idiots who suggested drugs) and if you took their advice you'd probably lose the fat that you're after losing. But posting rubbish like the comment above does you no favours and people will treat you like an idiot and you don't want that.....do you?
Fair point but I have no intention of stopping drinking forever more not - as I have one stag do and a 35th birthday party in the next month can I not drink (physically could but I want to celebrate the occasion along with everyone else).

Maybe following the month I could try to bi weekly drinking so twice a month (unless something comes up out of the ordinary ). That's a huge reduction 12 days on the beer down to 2 at the very least 72 pints of beer down to 12 every month.

How many fewer calories a month would 60pints of ale reduce my intake?

So first weekend into this "thing" and I've decided not to have any booze --- normally I'd have had 18 beers and a few bottles of wine over the course of the weekend.

Feeling? Um ok actually no withdrawals nothing.

Wales v France next weekend though can I keep it up? I'll try or if I do have some just have 4 beers in total over the weekend.

Fist sized portions of food - hmm still trying and the wife brings in lovely meals spending hours making it its difficult to not finish it as its superb. Again work in progress.
