Does anyone do these ?
http://darebee.com/workouts.html

It was called Neila Ray (Which I must admit I thought was Neil for a time) Workouts

Ive give a few a try and they are genuinely hard if done properly. Or maybe I'm a wimp. But its good if you have not got any equiptment, or you are in a hotel etc.

I don't do those particular ones but I can't see why they wouldn't be useful.

The trick with body weight exercises is to always make sure you're using the right adjustments to ensure the exercise is suitably challenging. For instance, if you're finding pull ups easy and want to work the lats, try front levers. Push ups too easy? Stick a 20kg plate weight on your back. If you did this, then you can apply the same principles of any popular strength training routine and avoid turning them into a high rep routine. If building strength is your goal.
Makes sense.

I've done my research and do train in certain BW exercises - possibly not suitable for the novice though and before I come across as sounding all powerfully-built, you're welcome to have a go - front lever, human flag, planche. I've not nailed the planche yet, still only tucked.
They are tough! I didn't know what they were so asked google. Now I feel like a weakling! ha ha
