Blister help

I've managed to get a massive blister on my heal after walking round an exhibition all day. I'm Doing a 100 mil bike ride tomorrow which I have been training for for months. Is there any quick way of sorting it? I have already bought some compeed plasters but they are not helping much. I'm hoping that it will not rub as much peddling rather than walking.

Compeed worked a treat. The bike shoes didn't rub at all. Thanks for the tips.
