Ive got apps on the iPad and phone but still miss pill popping time, I have a routine when at home I.e take when feeding the dog but I don't always do that and I'm not always home.

So how do you guys remember and what do you use to carry your medication around.

Cheers

Cheers. I've just ordered a keychain one off that link as yesterday I went out without the pills so I can stick an emergency stash in there.

The plastic boxes look good ive also order a 7 day one but I don't think that will help I tend to remember I've forgot i just don't want to forget in the first place. If that makes sense, plus I'm nit organised enough to remember to re stock it or I'll re stock it and think I haven't taken them and take them again.

I'm not intelligent enough to to be ill which is why I'm ill in the first place.

That's the other thing I go in to take them then ten minutes later go to take them again or do I? Did I take them the first time, I don't know.

I thought about marking the packet. The apps are pretty good because you mark it off as you silence it but they are too quiet and if the phones in the other room and I take it from memory then later see the phone and think st I've missed my tablet and go to take it again.

Ahhhh it should be so simple.

Well I've just bought a st load in Spain for pence without prescription from a proper pharmacy so I'll stick a blister pack everywhere. Might go back and get a years worth.

So much for £16.40 for two packs of 28 1mg and 3mg. 4 euro for 80 tablets and no messing around phoning doctors and picking up bits of paper
