Hi,

Noticed my left arm is noticeably bigger than me right even though I'm right handed and is my strongest. In the gym my bicep routines is hammer curls with the bar and bicep curl also using a bar.

What can I do the make my right arm catch up in size and definition.

Rather change out for using dumbbells, where each bicep will have to do exactly the same amount of work, and one can't 'subsidise' the work of the other!

Went to the gym today, did my exercises using dumbbells and must say I can feel the pain on both arms.
