Full Body Workouts

Anyone out there doing or recommend a full body workout? Previously done 5x5, and currently doing a push/pull/leg split. Issue is my week can be a bit random with work and other commitments so I might only be able to hit the gym once or twice a week.
I play football a couple of times a week, but thinking a full body workout would be better for me. I found this online but any recommendations would be great. I enjoyed the big compound lifts of the 5x5 previously.

Thanks folks. I will take a look at the http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/benblack1.htm program as it looks interesting and certainly keeps it varied on the exercises but covers the core muscle groups.
I'll think about mixing up the 5x5 as well as this could be a good option as well.
