Anyone else broken ankle and elbow?

I'm honestly really struggling. Never broken anything before, now I've gone and broken my right ankle and right elbow. fk me it hurts.

I came off my bike, but got back on and cycled the mile home, thankfully I was nearly finished. Had a shower, and walked to the doctors. Ended up at A&E, got an x-ray on both, then waited.

Went in to see the doctor, broken both of them. She wanted to plaster up the ankle, but that would have meant I would have to stay in, as I couldn't use the crutches. They managed to send me home in an air cast so I can put a little weight on the ankle. The problem being the husband is away until Wednesday.

Left hand stuff I wish I'd learnt before this happened:
How to get tablets out of the push packet things,
Open stuff,
Butter bread,
Text/type,
Wipe my arse.
Brush my teeth.

In so much pain right now

Sod that, having my mum wipe my arse at the age of 36.

Arm is feeling a bit better today, still not quite wiping territory yet, but not far off. Must have just been mega stiff yesterday.
Less depressed than yesterday, just everything takes so much longer, and hurts.

Sweet, cheers for the top tip. I'm sure I will laugh at it one day, but at the minute it is everyone else laughing at me. Oh well.

Just managed a sort of shower, washed my hair, clean pj's and feel 100% better already. It's the little things.
