I am 2 days in, it's hell!

Have the nicorette QuickMist thing, working with the cravings quite well, I don't feel like I need nicotine but I just want a smoke!

I am determined not to give in and so far so good, am running Tough Mudder next year and getting in shape to do that at the moment, swimming twice a week and running twice a week, so the no smoking will help there I am sure... just doesn't seem worth it right now smile

I got about 4-5 hours sleep last night I kept waking up and having weird dreams, apparently this is normal, here's hoping for better tonight!

Anyone else here been through it? Tell me it gets better!

It's day three and the day dreams from day one have returned, feel a little dizzy and spaced, again I am told this is normal, it could also be sleep deprivation, about 4-5 hours again last night!

Well done guys and thanks for the encouragement!

Stessful day today and I have kept off the cigs but it was really difficult.

Tomorrow doesn't look to be any better, will be a challenge....

Last smoked: 18 Days 14 Hours 27 Minutes
Not smoked: 280 smokes!
Saved: £111
Life Expectancy increased: 1 Day 3 Hours 55 Minutes

Sleep is almost back to normal, nicorette Quick Mist helps with the cravings which are much less frequent, was using a pump a week, this one feels like it will last longer which is good!
