Lateral+Medial Meniscus tear, bakers cyst + arthritis!!!!!!!

Apart from that my left knee is ok lol, quacks say no surgery yet, so what can I do???

Thanks for the replies, the Physio said they can control it without surgery, not sure if it is for the best or just NHS cost cutting, so off to the gym to do all the lady exercises, unless there are other solutions???
