Trying to sleep with chest infection

I just can't, I have a weird sound coming from my neck area.
If I lie down I get up coughing and standing up makes no odds

No not really - stomach sore from coughing , been the docs got linctus and anti biotics but very tired

Just dropping off when I have to cough - drives me mad

Well the kids and wife have gone to Anglesea and I had to summon the strength to take them yesterday - plan is I get better in a few days at home and join them on tuesday but our 3 cats are so spoilt by the mrs I dont get a minute they are so fussy they only defacate in fresh or refreshed litter !!! with 3 cats thats a long job with the scooper. Plus feeding and fur ball searching etc - totally knackered but the anti biotics are working and it feels a bit better.

I had this 2 years ago and passed out coughing breaking 2 ribs - coughing with broken ribs, try that sometime.

Sadly the combo of 18 stone and collapsing stone cold was the cause this time .
