I've been working at a desk for years, and although I try to maintain decent posture I'm now at a point where my pelvis tilts forwards. The base of my back curves inward and when I'm laying on my back in bed, I have discomfort at the base of the back that's making it hard to fall asleep.

Does anyone have any suggestions for curing this?

I can't access video links at work but essentially you need to strengthen your hamstrings and abs and stretch your hip flexors (and possibly lower back). Go on youtube, there are two channels I know of with excellent videos on the subject, Alan Thrall and Athlean X, I highly recommend watching them as they show you the stretches and exercises you need to sort the problem (I am/was exactly the same).
Brilliant, thanks - that's tonight's entertainment sorted then smile

Another APT sufferer here and can only echo what everyone else has said, stretch the hip-flexors / psoas and strengthen the other bits.

You need to work at it though! I've done more stretching this past 6 months than I ever have but if I have a lazy week re. the stretching, I feel like I'm almost back to square one.
I was afraid of that. So I can't just take two ibuprofen and have a bath every Tuesday? frown
