Never really had any problems with my back but at the moment I get discomfort, not actual pain from the mid back area, it feels like it needs to click or something and sometimes when I move in a certain way I get sharp pain, it seems more the ribs than my spine to be honest.

Sneezing is not much fun either.

Any suggestions ? got a docs appt for next week.

Ever had any pains right in the top of the leg? I mean deep in the arsecheek where the leg meets the hips? Do extremities of the body get colder quicker than you feel they should at all?
No, that doesn't ring any bells, it's mid back, it comes and goes, got the docs on weds and have private medical through work so will see if they will provide a chiropractor.

Am working through my aches and pains biggrin

Two fillings needing replacement, one done last week

Oh, and I think I managed to get Cystitis from the hot tub at the gym, last time I go in there ! It's cleared up now thankfully

Going for an Xray, doctor mentioned possible slight Scoliosis.

Its not that bad but it is stopping me doing stuff, cycled in fine, can walk for miles but am a bit wary of lifting weights of any, er weight.

Apparently I possibly have Osteopenia, a thinning vertebrae and possibly a compressed disk, sounds like fun.

More blood tests and a Dexa Scan incoming.

Mean to ask the doc what I could continue doing, should be ok walking, cycling and swimming, but though I will continue to do weights, not doing anything heavy.
