Getting back into an Evora?

After having an LE a few years ago, (and briefly a V6 Exige), I'm thinking about getting an Evora again in the Spring.
Having only had a n/a car without the close ratio box, I'm pretty sure the S will be a big step forward, but a couple of questions:
Is the latest Sports Racer much of an improvement in dynamic/quality terms over the MY12, or was the MY12 the big step forward in terms of quality, gear change etc?
Also, what's the latest on a facelift version? eg I wouldn't like to buy a new Sports Racer now, and then find out there's a relaunch in March at Geneva!
Anything other things to look for? I've not paid too much attention to Evora developments for a couple of years.
