builder recommendation in marbella area

Can anyone recommend a builder in the Marbella area, Spanish or English speaker I don't mind - they just need to be good at their job and be reliable! I'm looking for quality and someone who won't try to treat the job like a blank cheque!

I'm looking for someone to gut an apartment and refit based on some plans an architect has done me.
