Tenant not paying rent

Hi guys,

My tenant has stopped paying the rent and is clearly extracting the urine, anyone any ideas how to recover ?

I am in the UK and my apartment is situated between San Pedro and Estepona

What hacks me off is the amount of time I have wasted chasing him for payment and listening to his BS excuses and deluding myself that he was going to pay.

How about I cancel my DD payment to Aguahest they will cut off the water supply and he is fooked ! or hire some heavies as suggested any volunteers ?
