Greg Dyke has been making noises about supporting a European boycott of the World Cup following the re-election of Blatter (although, as yet, I don't believe there has been any mention of this from any other European nation). Personally I can't see it happening due to self-interest trumping principles but do those who know more about the game than I think that a Europe-wide boycott is likely (or even a good idea), would it make the slightest difference to Sepps length of tenure or is the game already too Blattered for a stand by one of the worlds 2 major footballing powerhouses to bring it back on course?
