Legal Subscription Streaming of Premier League for Expats?

I currently watch in France on any old live thread I can find, but I think these are 'dubious' legality although I don't really know.

What I'd like to do is to pay a subscription to a fully legal streaming site which shows live premier league games internationally. Can anybody recommend a provider?

Useful info Teknopug. Can you confirm that Canal+ show every Premier League game? Being a Palace fan we know we aren't really 'box office' especially when we play lower teams, but I'd happily subscribe if I could see every game live.
