Impreza STi Type R - The Turbo is broken

Hi all,

My cousin has an Impreza and the Turbo is a bit broken, impellers won't even spin. What are his options?

Rebuild, buy new or socond hand? Only slight problem is that he lives in Sweden, so I will need to take in to account shipping costs.

Yes, but at £1500 a pop they are rather expensive

No, that's rebuild cost. Remember, this is the country where a half liter of your favourite cold lager will cost you 6+ quid

What I'm after is sources for second hand/rebuilders. Google isn't turning up much. I'm probably not searching for the correct thing
