Where can I source a Brat engine?

I have the opportunity to aquire a very sound, excellent condition Brat body with gearbox just missing one important component, the engine! Apparently the brat was bought as an engine donor for a fiat 500 project.

I have a soft spot for the Brat as I used to knock around in one in my late teens. I have been looking for a handy truck for trips to the tip, building yard and taking the dog out etc.

Ideally I'd like to replace the engine like for like but any advice on what may fit with original gearbox considered although changing wiring loom, ecu etc isn't that appealing.

Any ideas where I may be able to find one, been trawling ebay with no luck to date.

Always fancied going to NZ, not sure I'd get that on as hand luggage?

I have been thinking about a newer injected replacement but my concerns would be for drive shafts etc with the extra power. This is on a tight budget as slightly hard to justify to the mrs at present as it will be a 3rd vehicle, so a direct replacement without the worry of replacing wiring looms the fit of a different engine and gearbox etc will keep costs low.

Sounds like it's a very popular donor engine due to its size vs power and reliability?

You don't happen to know the series of engine this is? I'm assuming 2.0L EJ20?
