It's a WRX STi Uk version with factory prodrive kit, done roughly 60k. Only thing it may need is rear shocks?

Been offered it for roughly £7.5k and all I've seen seem to be going for a bit more than this?

I know it's a straight car and is in decent condition but could do with a detail.
