Read through the linked article, a promising start, then???

I don't quite know what direction this will take, I fear "we" have lost our beloved TS@N, but am willing to be proven wrong.....,.

I am well aware of your Pro BBC views.

Q. What was wrong with the previous female presenter and guest visitors? Perhaps just too highly qualified to present the soon to be dumbed down new format?

Or weren't they not "Right On" enough???

Read the article this time and inwardly digest.

Well nobody is going to fill Patrick Moore's boots.

As for the new presenter, the discussion seems (sadly but predictably) focused on sex and race rather than whether she is the best candidate for the job.
Indeed a very valid point worth raising.

""I've studied and worked in very male-dominated environments," says leading space scientist Dr Aderin-Pocock.

"When I got my first job with the Ministry of Defence there were a few times I walked into a room and someone would say, 'three coffees, love'."

In think so - yes.

She's no dope.
The optical sub assemblies no less!
This seems like a good primer on her with a wealth of links, I think rubbishing her for some perceived bias/ineligibility is very unbecoming of people indeed
Obviously that's not aimed at you Eric!
"Managing multidisciplinary teams" Stop right there.

Anyway, it is a pity that Eric's beloved [ hehe ] BBC no longer feel the program justifies inclusion on the iplayer.....

I was able to watch it on the Virgin watch again facility - and the BBC red button.
Thats good.

Does the Virgin facility come with your £££ TV licence? I don't think it does.
