ULA have announced their next generation Vulcan launcher - and it looks like they are going for an element of reuseability too, though not to the same extent as SpaceX as they just recover the engine package of the first stage

ULA have now confirmed that the new Vulcan launcher will be man-rated to carry the CST-100 spacecraft

It will also undergo certification for military payloads

Initial flights will use the existing Centaur upper stage ( twin engined version for the CST-100 ) until an advanced upper stage comes on-stream in the early 2020s
