Passat 2005 rear door won't open

Does anyone know how I can get my door open? When I press the key fob all the doors unlock apart from the rear drivers side. The window works so I know there is power there. But no sound from the lock at all. I have checked the connections by the hinge as you can get to them when you open the front door. I can't get the door card off because there is two screws that I can't get to with the door closed.

Thanks mate I hit the door a few times and it didn't open. But two days later I went out shopping and when I came back to my car and unlocked it. The lock popped up. So the door card is removed now. Thanks. Just got to get the part now and fit. Thanks again

If I take the actuator off is it worth me re- soldering it. Or is it not worth it?

I do electronics for a living so I'm use to soldering very tiny stuff.
