Opinion on front brake discs - Change or not to change??

Hi,
Car had it's MOT last April and was advised about front and back brake pads and also the front discs.
I left it at the time but looked at the pads and they definitely need replacing now as they're really worn but I'm not sure on the discs, they are lipped a couple of mm but wondering if anyone could give me a rough idea from the pictures below if there's life in them or not? Since getting the pads done I might as well get the discs changed at the same time if needs be.
The car is a 1.6 Astra J SRI 2010 model if that helps.
