Post up pics of your favourite older Yank or Brit / European Trucks

I'll start with a pic of my Dads old custom Atkinson Borderer



Sorry for the quality but its the only picture left of it that we have, taken in Yorkshire at a truck show in the late Seventies

Great looking trucks the early Scania, liking the DAF too, fond memories of being about 5 years old looking through T+D magazine asking my Dad if he could get one next smile

Can you remember its reg. number?
Yes, UTU 810M. Dad sold it to a fairground operator and I think it's still in service but as a six wheeler.

ETA - After googling the reg the other day I found this. Dad has commented on the pic after I mailed it to him.

Wow a Magirus Deutz. Not the most common sight over here. There used to be an advert in T&D most months in the 80's for those iirc ?
