I have a post it note stuck to my mirror, it says ' Text me ' then gives a number, anyone else had this?
No I haven't replied to it.

P.S no damage to the truck, no sign of any disturbence , nothing.

Don't, it's not really cricket to post a stranger's number on the internet. He/She might be trying to warn you about the shady people loitering around your trailer or tell you that they've found your lost numberplate or something.

Trailer doors were open, truck is very tidy so any marks, parts interfered with would be obvious.

That would have been my first thought.

My thoughts are this, coupled with the recent experience of my sister in law , who had her phone hacked and has had a nightmare dealing with it.
It was an ordinary number though.
