Discount Diesel fuel cards - how widespread?

My firm have just been issued with Allstar/Discount Diesel fuelcards, accompanied by a helpful letter giving us a link to an Allstar store locator online, but not for Discount Diesel (which - apparently - offers cheaper fuel). Trying to Google it, all I get is jeans. 
From the letter it looks like there are only about a quarter as many sites - how widespread are they?
