Campsite recommendations for Scotland and Germany

Hi all, we're new to Caravanning as we only picked up our first even 'van late last year. We did manage to use it 3 times though and enjoyed it massively!

For summer this year we are thinking at maybe Scotland or Germany as our main holiday and we can't decide which! Can anyone help us decide with any advice / wisdom or recommendations of good places or campsite to visit in either place?
