Recommend me a good book on sports psychology
Discussion
Not quite limited to sport, hence posting in The Lounge...
Can anybody recommend some good books on the techniques and tactics of professional sports folk (all disciplines)?
Having seen professional sports men and women prepare for competition whether it be F1, golf, tennis, cycling, football etc very much struck by the feeling that the those of a world class level have it already won in their head before the game even starts. That mental attitute appears to go a long way to getting the actual result.
Would be interested in learning about the techniques and tactics that help them prepare.
Many thanks,
