Worst F1 drivers to have won a race...?

We've all seen the 'best F1 driver never to have won a race' discussions (Amon, Brundle, Bellof, Warwick, Heidfeld etc).

However, I wondered what drivers do you think were undeserving of beating the best in the world on their day and winning an F1 race. They could have lucked into the win through others' unreliability or been in the right place at the right time due to safety cars etc. Or even were a mediocre driver who found themselves in a car they couldn't fail to win with.

Sorry if I was not very clear, what I mean is F1 drivers who are generally poor to middling who, for whatever reason - attrition or some kind of weird divine possession - has enabled them to win when usually they are a bit hopeless. (ie Maldonado)

Heinz-Harald Frentzen? Apart from one excellent season at Jordan, he was kind of an average driver, especially when in the 1997 Williams and only winning one race.

Yes winning F1 races. I suppose you could make a case for Fisichella & Trulli, possibly Johnny Herbert (nice guy & great driver though he is). All his 3 wins came via inherited means.

Any thoughts on Jacques Villeneuve? He never won a race in anything but clearly the best car and looked mediocre in most of the other teams he raced for.

My podium in equal cars would be: 1st Grosjean, 2nd Bottas, 3rd Kobayashi
