Volvos are a nice place to be, especially the newer ones.

This thread will probably be the same as the worst interior thread - someone will post a pic saying that is the best interior, someone else will disagree vociferously. Such are the vagaries of fashion and personal taste.

So here's my nomination biggrin

For a regular family car, I think the design is great and very driver oriented.

OP:Is that a GS?

I like:

That one has "patina" but nonetheless, I like it a lot.

Ah! Thanks!

Research suggests the GS interior is even madder:

For a cruiser/GT, the R129 SL strikes me as a real masterpiece. Beautiful seats (with about 17 patents!), classic black and yellow Mercedes dials with an analogue clock, all well laid out. I like the fact the design remained unchanged for so long. The 129 had a good 11 years of shelf life with minimal changes because they got it right the first time. It strikes a great balance between luxurious refinement and driver focus.

The A8 also deserves a mention for a well laid out, luxurious interior. It's not an immediately striking triumph of design mastery like the R129 but I do find it quite pleasing.

And for a sporty car, the Sierra Cosworth is a beauty with big, leather Recaros and a simple, beautiful layout.

It seems pic evidence is needed.

Original Visa. Soon facelifted and less French, IIRC.

You've obviously not experienced the horrible plastic-ness of the rest of the interior, then!

The Alfa above needs tan, not black, leather, too. Or oxblood, the proper way to do red leather - not that tacky bright red Ford stuff.

my brother has the c15 van, so the same interior has the visa, I wouldn't call it pretty, kind of confusing. But it amuses me a bit that you can see the sun shining out of the vents in the dash.

citroen c4 picasso interior, not fancy, just because I've never another car with so many cubby holes.
