Has anyone every dealt with these guys?

http://www.stgeorgesmotors.co.uk/

They have a car I'm going to look at tomorrow. Its a fair way from my neck of the woods so just wondered if anyone knew anything about them or had bought a car from them.

Cheers

Matt

Lived in High Wycombe all my life, never heard of them. Wasn't that long ago I was trawling through all the local dealers as well.

Can check it out if you want, save you the journey?
I would like to take you up on that offer, but I have to say I have reservations and I wouldn't want you to put yourself in a potential situation that may not be conducive to your wellbeing (yeah I'm very pessimistic).

Other cars around.

And yeah to the chap who posted he had a good deal. That just screams bks. If not, then I apologise, but I'd need more convincing. If they washed it for you, drive it to me.

1. 3 separate company names.
2. I always seem to talk to the guys brother, rather than the bloke selling the car.
3. Total disinterest when talking to me about doing a deal.
4. I hate being referred to as mate or bruv by people I'm talking to for the first time. Don't assume a level of conversation on a first time call.
5. Based on the above languge of English, I've made an assumption on the type of person selling the car. And with the other points, I am just not interested. Prejudice, yeah I guess so.

As I was passing on my way home tonight, I took a quick video with my phone (HTC 8X) to show you what the place looks like from the road. I'll maybe try to get a better video tomorrow if I can. I'm not driving (on a bus) so no worries there!

Thank you for that smile Nice to have an idea of what the place looks like.

has any of you even purchased a car of these guys??? why not go there and find out for your self
Because the entire thing screams scam, that's why. Do the custard test yourself. Post up picture of you in front of said amazing car you purchased from said garage, with invoice to prove sale and I may start to think better of this whole thing. If not, you're flogging a dead horse.

And Paul Brown Cars steal copy from other dealers' websites and then get rather arsey and aggressive when challenged about it...so I'm told...
I just went and had a look at that website. A shouty front page claiming to be the best Jap Specialist and the top banner is a picture of a Porsche. Must be late, but made me LOL smile
