Lease pickup - refurb cost?

Need a new pickup for work, tempted by the the lease deals on a new Navara.
Familiar with the charade on handing back lease cars over scuffed bumpers and grazed alloys, am I looking at the same thing with a pickup?
It will be used by our staff rather than abused (hopefully), but it is a pickup to do pickup type things, not treated with kid gloves.
I can see a 2 year contract at circa £200pcm resulting in a refurb cost of a couple of £k.... Thus less compelling....
What's fair wear and tear, or do most users just wince at the end of the lease?
