A Driving Licence Cull - Post your suggestions

I think it's about time we had a mass licence cull here in the UK. Simple tiered rules if you break them you loose your licence, with the upper level of you loose it for good, have your car crushed & issued with a bus pass for life instead (I Think that's the best punishment)

If you fail to answer a highway code question correctly at the roadside after a stoppage you move up a tier of punishment.

The process will be instant & swift, with mobile car crushers waiting on standby.

Tier 1 = Licence revoked, retake test asap
Tier 2 = Licence revoked, banned for a period, retake test
Tier 3 = Licence revoked forever, car crushed, bus pass for life issued


So suggestions of offences for culling please, with the tier level I'll start

Forgetting to move to the left on an empty motorway Tier 1
Refusing to move to the left on an empty motorway Tier 2
Flashing lights in response to indication from others to move left after above Tier 3
