Problem with dealership where I bought my car from

Had my car about a month now a golf r32 dsg and in the last couple of weeks I have noticed a dual mass flywheel rattle from cold and it seems to be getting louder so I took it back to the place where I bought from and they really had no idea what was wrong they could here the rattle but said it drives ok and Its not stopping it from driving. They are now saying to me they are not going to fix it and offered me my money back, I don't really want a refund as I have payed out for a oil and filter service and bought a Intake and exhaust and the car is spot on apart from that, My fuel pump is quite loud but I heard this is normal??? Not really sure what to do as I don't want to be paying out my own pocket to fix this flywheel problem.

Yeah thats the way I thought of it Had some fun in it today haha

Took it back today glad its gone and I got my money back
