Seems an importer to get around rules of not importing LR in the late 80s because no duel air bags was filling in serial numbers on the engine blocks and re stamping. In order to say they were imported earlier.

TL;DR :- 40-odd vehicles seized in one day, not much surprise from those with seeming clue. Main link seems to be at least one known hooky importer ringing cars too recent to import legally.
