Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice.. I've somehow damaged the side wall of my rear left hand side tyre (photo attached hopefully). God knows how it happened.
It's a rough wedge-like cut in the thickest bit of the rubber, and you can't see the cording (is that the tight phrase) underneith. Weirdly, there's no damage to the alloy.
Should I replace the tyre? If so, do I replace the rear pair (they're pretty new tyres I think).

Thanks in advance!
Graham

Thanks for the advice so far.. that's probably the best photo I can get tonight - the flash was on!
All you see underneath is black rubber.

There's definitely only rubber showing, but I'm still leaning towards replacement.. Thanks for all your comments!
