NIPS within 7 seconds

Anyone had two NIPS 7 seconds apart?
Is this two prosecutions?
I have this and am worried

It is same mobile camera at 60 and 69 in a 50 limit.

Approx 200 meters apart by my calculation...will give them a ring.

Just wondering if others have had this.
