fastest standard 2k car?

Hello All,
As the title suggests really, what would be the fastest car you could buy in a straight line for 2k?
Say from 0-100 sprint.

Was thinking maybe an old scooby, fiat coupe turbo, maybe an rx8 if didnt blow up?
For around that price mark most things seem to be around 200bhp and high 6's low 7's to 60.
