As I was reversing into a bay at morrisons today, the guy behind me drives into the bay next to mine while I'm still manouvring to even myself up - that should have been my first warning.

He opens his door straight away so I sit waiting for him to finish up fishing around inside for something then thud he's bumped his door into mine. I put the window down and asked him to close his door to inspect it, he acted like I was barking and told me there was no damage. When I pointed out the paint on my car he then tried rubbing it off with a wet finger and insisted it was fine - despite there still being paint.

I know it's not the biggest mark, and hopefully will polish out, not that I have any polish so I'd have to buy some. But to me he should accept responsibility and at least apologise for damaging my property?

Tar and glue remover would have a better chance of removing that.
Thinking on it I have a clay mitt that would probably do the trick. I washed the bloody car yesterday though!

Wouldn't worry about it mate. He'll do the same to some nutcase who doesn't think twice about GBH, then he'll learn not to do it again.
You're probably right. I must admit when security said there was no CCTV covering the bays I did have some daft thoughts for a second. I'd just been to the gym too so was extra pumped up laugh

I thought I'd shared this originally.

It's not like we were close!
