Sold my '88 Austin Cooper today and very sorry to see her go - but - which boring hatchback to replace it with?
Two options (because I need a car by Monday)
1) VW Golf 1.6 16v, 5dr. 2002, 56000, one owner form new (yes honestly) FSH £1800
OR
2) Peugeot 206 2.0 GTi, 3Dr, 2003, 59000, two owners, £1200
No brainer - get the VW right ?
(after many years of driving classic Jags and Minis I'm slightly unsure of how it works with more modern second hand cars)
Just need a bit of reassurance from guys that I'm thinking in the right direction.
