Full respray for £399 - Too good to be true?

Advert on our local radio recently for a full car respray for £399, regardless of the size of the car. This seems really cheap compared to other companies, but I can't help wondering why it is so cheap, if it's at the expense of quality etc, or if it is low to attract new customers.

Any thoughts or anyone used rather before?
