Astra flywheel and clutch costs

hi all

the wife has a 07 1.9 cdti astra and the dual mass flywheel has given up the ghost at 65k miles.

been quoted £840 to replace along with clutch and local indy.

really not what I need right before xmas and on a car, I was about to sell in the new year.

how cheap can push him?

Well just got back from picking the wife up.

Damn clutch when pop so car is now stuck on a carpark.

Just got back from Cumbria yesterday so certainly got lucky there.

Will do a bit of shopping around in Monday but I can see us being a car short for at least a week now.
