So after having recently bothered with a mini-detail on my car (never again - what is the point in London) I have come back to my car to find some motherfking has either whacked it really hard with their door / handle bar / trolley and has gone through a st load of layers of paint and stuff, assuming I need to get this fixed otherwise it'll just fk the rest of the paint up etc.

It's Obsidian Black Mercedes - Can anyone recommend a paintshop or dent repair / chips away firm that can help with this? Don't really want to spend more then £100 if I can help it.

London - but I am happy to travel a little if needed.

Don't need the fking expense at the moment (never a good time anyway)

It's the rear quarter.

I'm so fking pissed off right now. fk sake. Even when you park away from every other you still end up with fking st on your car.. fk sake - May have to resort to online shopping only at this rate.

fking going to end up costing a stload. I know what my Mercedes approved bodyshop is like.

YHM. I should be able to help you. If you are anywhere near Acton. NW London.
Thanks for the email,

I will have a look and think about the next course of action. Part of me just thinks leave it who even gives a fk, I'll spend on it and some other will come along and put another dent / scratch or scuff in.

Need to go to the gym and calm down.

Not really dented nope,

If it was dented it would be more of a pin prick dent, it's just a chunk of paint,

Happy to try a touch up pen, more worried I will make a complete hash of it and worried about if the paint will become damaged around it has it has been chipped so hard.

My concern is the number of layers it's gone through, either some has let their trolley roll into it or whacked their door into the paint (HARD)

fking s.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far.

Thinking of using this:

http://www.halfords.com/motoring/paints-body-repai...

or this

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Mercedes-Benz-To...

anyone had any experience of using either and have any tips?

Due to the nature of the damage and living in London I just can't see the point of a SMART repair or bodyshop repair, I despair trying to keep my car immaculate in London, too many s on the road and in car parks etc.

Going to go with the Halfords kit, apparently it's much better to use, comes with primer, paint and lacquer.

Now to test my skills as I've never done this before.

Maybe time to watch youtube videos.

Thanks everyone.
