***hole Camera Stazi at Luton Airport dropoff zone

Thought this might happen, picked a mate up from Luton Airport, there is a no stopping zone on the roundabout as you have to pay to drop off or pick up now. However traffic jam & going no where, so my mate just jumped in the car. We still did not go anywhere for a few mins & then carried on our way. We saw the Smart Car Stazi mobile.
£40 fine in the post, clearly the video would show us going nowhere.

Unfortunately it was a Co car & the fine has already been paid. I just won't ever use Luton again out of choice, simple as that!
It transpires its an APCOA non enforceable one too, its not contravening road traffic reg's but a private enforcement job. Which makes it even more asshole'ish

How can one make the most of the media out of this, would love to persuade people not use Luton & use elsewhere that does not rip people off.
I am due to go Skiing in a few weeks & LTN was on my list as I'm working nearby when I get back. But now I won't & will fly from elsewhere instead.
